About me

I am a qualified Counsellor with a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from University of Cumbria. I have completed 4 years of study in theory, practice and ethical issues. As part of my course I undertake regular personal development work and regular supervision with a trained counselling supervisor. I am a member of the B.A.C.P (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and am fully insured to work with the public.

I am an open minded young woman and believe that each person is a unique individual of great worth, who has their own story to tell.
